Dr. Ed Parker, BCBA-D, is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and the founder and clinical director of Bluegrass Autism Services. He brings over 15 years of professional experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. Dr. Parker is currently a member of the Applied Behavior Analyst Licensing Board for the State of Kentucky and is co-founder of the Kentucky Association for Behavior Analysis, an affiliated chapter of the Association for Behavior Analysis International.

Trumpet Behavioral Health offers both center-based educational services using the principles of applied behavior analysis. When a student enrolls in home-bases services, we work with the parent to determine the best model for services/programming after a review of the student's Individual Educational Program (IEP). We modify services and the service model based on the needs of the child as outlined in the student's IEP.

Abilities First provides a child and family-centered clinic-based PT, OT & Speech Therapy service for children birth through 21 years of age with a range of disabilities, including Autism & ASD. Emphasis is on caring for all aspects of the child's life including developmental, social, communication, sensory, equipment, home programming and family support.
The Abilities First Autism Learning Center provides individualized educational and therapeutic programming and family supports for children 3 years of age through 1st grade. ABS provides full treatment intervention for children with Autism and related disabilities. Applied Behavioral Services is also an educational placement program specializing in serving children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as other cognitive and developmental delays. ALL IN for Autism is an adult day program for individuals on the Autism Spectrum. We believe in a three tiered approach in our programming. The three areas addressed by this program are employment, daily living skills, and self-help skills. Each of these areas is vital in ensuring that we are providing our clients with the best possible opportunity to live the most independent life that they can.
It is our intention to ensure that we are providing opportunities for success that individuals would not have without our services.We are planning on a launch in the Summer of 2018 with a summer program offering. We will be Medicaid waiver providers as well as accepting private pay for those without waiver services. Our services will be offered to all individuals on the Autism Spectrum who have accepted their diploma.

Therapists from Cincinnati Children's complete specialized training to provide aquatic therapy. We offer aquatic wellness programs for a variety of diagnoses. Families with ASD closed the Autism Family Resource Center, December 31, 2014, in order to save money to open the new Luke Gregory Autism Center which will continue to serve our current families, but will also better serve the adult population in our area.
Families with ASD opened the first of its kind Autism Family Resource Center in November of 2008. The Autism Center has 2800 square feet and is used as a family friendly point of entry to families touched by autism. The Autism Center helps disseminate information about much needed autism resources to families free of charge. The Autism Sharing Library has books, movies, tapes, on autism as well as sensory items that can be checked out free of charge. Our computer lab has the "Writing with Symbols" and "Boardmaker" software so families can create social stories/ PECS for their family free of charge. The Autism Center is also the hub for our many FREE Autism Support group meetings, socials, autism friendly holiday parties, and autism training.

The Dayton Autism Society (DAS) is a non-profit organization which is made up of a board of volunteers who are parents, family members, professionals in the field of disability services, and other interested persons. DAS exists to advocate for, support, and educate families living with autism.
The Dayton Autism Society serves families from the greater Miami Valley and an estimated 8,000 families living with autism. These families reside in Montgomery, Miami, Greene, Darke, Clark, Preble, Warren, and other neighboring counties.
