Exercise Connection: A Vital Piece of Development for Youths and Adults with ASD
David Geslak CSCS Founder/President Exercise Connection Corporation
Web: www.ecautism.com

Autism Fitness Programs are vital to the development of children on the spectrum. These programs are easy to implement at home or at schools and or organizations. More important they give parents, staff and Dad's another opportunity to engage with their children. Exercise programs are one of the most under-utilized, yet effective, treatments for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Exercise can be done anywhere with your child, and gives the parent an opportunity to spend time with their child while being a role model for a physically active lifestyle. Parents already have to worry about high insurance costs when they have a child with autism. You do not need a child with autism, who also could have obesity, diabetes and heart disease. If you and your child are not involved in exercise, it's time to start! The human body is an incredible machine that can cleanse the body of heavy metals, toxins and more. Exercise will enhance all of these abilities. It will also bring more oxygen to the cells of the brain.
