RHC is a nonprofit corporation that provides home, family, and school-based services to Greater Cincinnati developmentally disabled children and adults. Our continuum of community-based care empowers and advocates helping individuals achieve their desired lifestyle.

RHC was founded in 1963 by parents of children with developmental disabilties. Since our inception, we have been a pioneer advocating for the rights of people with disabilities, allowing them to choose their living environment in the community of their choice. RHC serves children & adults with developmental disabilities-Community Residential Services, Host Family Services, In-Home Educational Support, In-School,Educational Support.

RHC offers several options to assist a person who needs ongoing support with daily living skills. Our Residential Programs provide supervised living assistance in traditional Group Homes, Apartments and Foster Families in the community.
