Food plays an intricate role in our lives. It serves to nourish our bodies, sooth our emotions and comfort our souls. We use food to celebrate, mourn and to show we care.
Unfortunately food allergies and intolerances have run rampant over the recent years and many cannot enjoy these simple pleasures. AJ Creations wants to bring this old fashioned simplicity back to the Greater Cincinnati area. Stop in and pick up some tasty treats that everyone can feel good about eating!
We are a dedicated gluten free bakery. The majority of our items are also dairy/ casein free. Our primary sweetener is Agave syrup not sugar. Agave is all natural and doesn’t cause the blood sugar spike that accompanies most baked goods. Agave does have a low glycemic index so it is not considered sugar free. We also bake with the very heart healthy coconut oil. Although many of our items are “healthier”, they can stand side by side with their unhealthy competition in any forum. Come by and give us a try. We think you will be surprised to find out that you can indulge without the guilt.
